Return Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or credit. We do not issue refunds but we will be happy to exchange your purchase or issue you a credit to our online site. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at (If the exchange includes a new item at an additional cost, an invoice will be sent for the difference in cost).

To complete your return, we require a receipt displaying your order number and the issue with your purchase be sent to Please put your order # and Returns in the subject line.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting customer service first. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
